  BIOGRAPHY

  Mr. Salonga has over 23 years of experience in civil engineering design. This includes road plan and profiles, storm water runoff management, site grading, sanitary sewer system design, and spot drainage troubleshooting. Mr. Salonga’s project management accomplishments in Arizona include the River Road storm system for Pima County, Back to Basics Miracle manor neighborhood for the City of Tucson, Winkelman Flats Park for the Town of Winkelman and Removal of Architectural Barriers for the Town of Hayden, a CDBG funded project.

  His projects in Arizona and Washington State have always been on track, within budget and within schedule.

  Mr. Salonga is a former Chairman of the Town of Oro Valley Storm Water Commission.
